I've stuck my Hydrogel Pad on incorrectly.

Hydrogel Pad Applied Incorrectly | What to Do

If you have accidentally applied your Hydrogel Pad the wrong way round, do not worry. This is a common mistake and is easy to fix.

Hydrogel Pads have two sides
• Side 1 is designed to stick to the Zeus device
• Side 2 is designed to stick to your chin

If Side 2 is attached to Zeus, it may feel more difficult to remove. This is normal.

How to remove it safely
Use a soft damp cloth or an alcohol wipe to gently loosen the pad.
Carefully peel the Hydrogel Pad away from the Zeus device.
Do not pull quickly or force it off.

Once removed, apply a new Hydrogel Pad correctly before use.
