Zeus Not Charging or No LED Light
If your Zeus is not charging or the LED light is not turning on, please follow the steps below.
Step 1: Check the charging cable and power source

Use the charging cable supplied with Zeus, located underneath the cardboard insert in the box.

Plug the cable into a suitable wall plug adaptor.
We do not recommend charging Zeus from a computer, portable charger, or other USB ports, as these may not provide the correct power output.
If you are using an alternative cable, make sure it is USB A to USB C, not USB C on both ends.
Step 2: Prepare the device

Separate the Zeus device from the charging unit.

Check that the yellow sticker has been fully removed from the bottom of the Zeus device.

Clean the bottom of the device with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent to remove any residue left from the sticker.

Allow the device to dry completely.
Step 3: Place Zeus correctly on the charger

Place Zeus back onto the charging unit.

Ensure the charging pins on the bottom of the device are aligned with the pins on the charging unit.

You may need to reposition the device a few times to achieve the correct connection.
Step 4: Check the LED indicator

When Zeus is charging, the LED will flash blue.

When fully charged, the LED will turn solid blue.
Your first charge can take up to 4 hours.
About charging time and battery life
Zeus has a tested battery life of up to 16 hours when used on the highest stimulation setting.
If you charge Zeus after each use, charging time will usually be much shorter than 4 hours. This is normal and does not indicate a battery issue.
If Zeus still isn’t charging
If the device is still not charging as expected:

Try using a low power USB wall plug.

Avoid fast charging or high power USB wall plugs.

A basic, non fast USB wall charger is recommended. A computer USB port can also be used for testing.
